It is amazing that all of the Polaris Industries 'Contact Us' email links are dead links so that there is no way to email them. I guess they want me to discuss my 'Polaris Sales Issues' in a public forum so here it is. I really appreciate all the brochures from Polaris Industries congratulating me on the purchase of a 2016 Sportsman Touring 1000 XP and I am equally appreciative on the 'thank you' gifts (backpack, etc). The truth of the matter is that I never did purchase a Sportsman 1000 because the local dealership here in Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada couldn't sell me one. In December 2016 I went to the dealership seeking a 2016 Sportsman Touring 1000 XP with many extra accessories. Price $20,460 CDN. I was paying cash. Had a bank note payable to the dealership for the price of the bike. Three weeks later I still did not have the bike. When I asked why, I was told that they were waiting on the accessories from Polaris Industries. In the meantime the dealership shoved my bike back out on the showroom floor for every snot nosed kid to yank and haul on it. Apparently because the dealership had been sold and the sale was in a state of 'flux', Polaris Industries was not releasing any parts from the warehouse. The salesman I had struck the deal with had been fired during that three weeks. When I asked the new salesman to give me a delivery date on my bike dressed in the accessories I had ordered, his reply was "I can't do that". I told him to cancel the order. He sounded rather pissed off. Apparently he didn't feel that waiting three weeks for a new bike was showing enough patience on my part. I really needed a new bike so the next day I went to a Suzuki dealership and within two days I was the proud owner of a 2016 Suzuki 750AXI XP EPS, loaded with accessories, snow tracks, a new utility trailer with loading ramp and a new helmet. Thanks Polaris! It's been a blast!!

I've ordered "In Stock" parts for a Timbersled over a week ago from the Polaris website and they haven't shipped yet. You try to call customer service, and all you get is lies or dead extensions. I'm switching to Yeti products next year, and recommend everybody else do the same. Terrible customer service.
