β β β β β The service was great. I didn't expect to get my problem solved so quickly as I was trick by my partner to sign the paperwork that was not under my obligations. I would have been in a lot of trouble from the CRA.

β β β β β Terrible experience. They messed up my tax and i got to pay fines. They don't take ownership of their work. Only care to charge clients. Luckily my new accountant was able to fight for the fines.

β β β β β I come to this firm with my friend at beginning. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. Extremely slow replies every time after tons of calls and email requests. The manager Debbie is very rude, unprofessional, unreliable and has a strong racial discrimination. Every time, she called me for asking to pay fines for her neglects, but never solve the problems again and again. Will not work with her any more...waste my time...

They provide professional accounting services and advices for client's best interest. Their staff are very helpful and courtesy. We get refunds from CRA for almost every year. Strongly recommend.

β β β β β This is a CA firm with questionable conduct that will take your money and do NOTHING - and will not respond to your email either. When something actually happens because of their neglect, for example - you get fined - they will not take any responsibility and will 'return' your money like nothing has happened - this after contracting them for 4 months to file returns.
Use at your own risk!!! The last thing you want is to have CRA on your back.
I emailed the CPA of their conduct as well. Not allowed to talk about the outcome but you may as well check with the board on this firm.

β β β β β Kenny and his staff are very knowledgeable, reliable, and professional in caring about my business and taxes. It gives me a peaceful mind. This works greatly to my benefit because I often have questions in regards to Canada latest tax situation.
I had a few short term engagements with other accountants before finding the breath of fresh air that was Kenny, and I've been with him for over 20 years since.
