★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting dealership, wasted our time with a vehicle even after calling in the morning to confirm before going there. Made us drive all the way from newmarket to Mississauga and sit down and see the vehicle and find out the vehicle was sold. Terrible. They mentioned they sold it on online auction but if you want it pay more and it’s yours . Omvic should step up and audit these sort of dealerships. Stay away , all scammers , and waste your time. They will sell the vehicle how ever it benefits them, not at all customer oriented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad and I came to ken Shaw to inquire about a pick up truck. Bob Mehra was extremely helpful and kind. He answered all our questions and made to sure give us the best deal. He is very patient and professional and he made sure he was honest with us. The atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable we will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend.

ROZ my man was the funniest, approachable and overall great guy. YUSUF was very helpful when Keewan had a day-off. Paul Shaw the owner was a pleasure to speak to and was there to listen to some of our questions and little concerns. OVERALL THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR GIVING US THE BEST EXPERIENCE. This is why we go to A FAMILY OWNED dealership, they take good care of you!?

However, last week I had to take my relatives car for a service appointment and my advisor Colin (can’t remember his last name) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained everything that was happening to our vehicle during that service interval. Well, turns out we needed brakes! Very surprised my advisor was able to fix that same day! Very impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving this car dealership a 4 star rating solely due to their Sales Associate Kevin Wang who I give a 5+. Kevin was honest, patient, informative, answering the many questions I had and a super nice guy to to top it all off! He did not make me feel pressured into making a decision and was very understanding when I mentioned that I needed more time. A great Sales Associate who I would highly recommend seeking out if you are looking to buy a Toyota. Full disclaimer I - didn't purchase a car in the end (manager giving no wriggle room on the msrp) but appreciated my interaction with Kevin.

Never buy used cars from Ken Shaw, they sold my brother a 2011 Toyota Camry. Car had Air Bag light ON on delivery and he drove the car home. Really? They let cars like that in Toronto to drive? This was supposed to be his first car ever.
Car was sold as is (CAD11000+) but now he can't get it Safety Certified. Took it to Toyota Mississauga to fix - They can't even believe this car was sold by another Toyota Dealership. Computers are missing, wires taped and everything hacked and even ash and soot from a previous fire still inside the car.
Here is the best part: Paul Shaw asked my brother to bring back the car promising full credit for another used one pleading with him to remove all negative google reviews. B.S. and then he goes on vacation for a week and come back saying "WE DON"T WANT TO TAKE THIS HEADACHE" back.
SAVE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM HERE.
Ken Shaw get you act together - This is not a third world country. Do not Scam innocent people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a total delight to deal with John Fauteux at Ken Shaw Toyota, my first dealings with them after decades of working with another dealership. It was a fateful afternoon when I called a week ago to inquire about my dream car, the GR86, and John told me they had a white one – exactly what I wanted! - coming in in the next 5 days. I dashed over and bought it immediately. Everyone at the dealership, from the receptionist, to Nelson in Service who helped me with custom installations late at night, to Rick Walter in Finance who got me a great rate, to one of the GMs who locked up as I was the last customer leaving, were so friendly and helpful. Paperwork went fast instead of the usual hours. Trade-in of my beloved Mini Cooper Classic yielded a good offer, happy about that! John was so patient with me as I am very bad at waiting for a new toy .. worse than a kid counting sleeps until Christmas. He is a star, and I am so grateful that I got to work with him. Highest recommendation!
