I was introduced to Ralph who demonstrated some exceptional service and was able to handle two of the 4 concerns on the spot within 5mins of arriving for a competitive price that I couldn't pass up. Ralph is the pinnacle of an honest, trustworthy person that I would trust with my vehicle no questions asked. Don't bother bringing your car to ANY OF location. Service was great, Frank the owner explained how they were going to fix my side view mirror and also brought printed images of what was wrong with it so I can understand how they were going to fix it. They also fixed my tire that had a nail in it for a small prices! I will definitely go back!

My car looks good as new which is impressive for a 12 year old vehicle. Last thing I wanted after getting rear ended was to deal with getting my car fixed but they made it quick and easy.

I had a surprise dent on my car and I dropped by to show it to Frank. He looked at it and we made an appointment to have the dent popped or removed with no bodywork. I dropped off my car in the morning and I had no high expectations as this was a pretty big ding in a precarious spot! I got a call a couple hours later and my car was ready. Let me tell you, I really could not believe the amazing job that was done! The dent was driving me crazy every time I looked at it and bang!.....it's gone!! Just have a look at the pictures.. Frank takes his body shop seriously and a good shop with an honest crew is hard to find these days!! Thanks again Frank and CARSTAR ST. Clair!!

They did a very professional work, excellent services and provide clear communication about the process especially for me who never was involved in an accident and never deal with the insurance. They explained me step by step what they have to repair and made it as simple as possible. When I picked it up, my car looked like new. I was pleased surprise to see they cleaned up the interior as well. I cannot express how happy I am with the service provided by this great team. They even went above and beyond working out minor dings on my car that I said I'd have to come back to get fixed. Perfect paint matching to the point that it looks like a brand new car. B	Brian Banh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For anyone reading, this review is one year overdue, because I wanted to see how CARSTAR St. Clair's work would hold up after a full cycle of Canadian weather. As many of the reviews have already mentioned, Frank, Ralph, and Mike were absolutely amazing with their accommodations and customer service. Easy to work with, fast responses, and great coordination with our insurance company. If you choose to go with them, you can expect a no BS experience. In terms of warranty, we brought this car back to them three times for an AC failure, and each time, they took the time to re-look the system and honor their warranty, until it was fixed right. (It's no fault to them, because this small crack in the AC system was very hard to find after the crash.) A year later, car runs smooth, looks great, and the AC still blows cold! The paint has held up great -- no clear coat flaking, hazing, or fading -- and nothing has gone wrong mechanically after 30,000km of use since leaving CARSTAR St. Clair. After experiencing their amazing customer service and craftsmanship, I had already recommended a couple friends to visit CARSTAR St. Clair and I will continue to recommend friends and family here. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Frank, Ralph, and Mike for taking care of us!
