Wonderful staff!! Excellent service!! Great team!! We are very grateful for the awesome job done from the very first moment my husband and I came into this store in order to chose what we needed until my furniture was transported and installed in our house in the last detail!! That was an amazing experience!! On top of these, I was supposed to get a call on Saturday, Aug 12/2017 mid morning to be acknowledged about the delivery arrival, and I was called at 10.03 am!! that was fantastic!! Thank you Sue for being always in touch with my husband and I and for providing us with fast and efficient updates, setting up the appointment for delivery and following up with all info we would need!! Thank you Victor and Dave for being so helpful and for installing everything so quick!! No boxes in my house, no any type of garbage, no need to do anything just waiting until my armchairs were transported and installed completely including the power for remotes...you made my day!! I highly recommend Ken's Furniture Store (Leduc location) to anyone who is interested in highest quality and best service!!

"We Sell for Less Than Big City Stores" is not the case. I really wanted to shop and keep my money local. Called and asked them to price match on a deep freeze which is also being sold in a big city store but was told "NO". The big city stores get better prices sometimes and they can't match them is what I was told. The model number also has to be identical which in my case wasn't. The only difference in the model number was the color code as mine was black and theirs was white but they still would not even consider a price match. So very unfortunate.

Back in May my husband and I decided it was time to replace the furniture in our main living room. It was old and falling apart, our kids are old enough now we could replace it without having them wreck it. We went into Kens knowing exactly what we wanted and mentioned this to the lady helping us. We told her we wanted a recliner and a sectional that was light grey or blue, the size couldn't be overly big as our space wasn't a large space and we wanted removeable cushion covers so we could just throw them in the wash for easy cleaning. Happy with our choices we paid and left happy. Fast forward to today, October 3, I pull off all the cushions and remove the covers, throw them in the wash on delicate and cold water, and hang dry. When I went to put the covers back on I noticed ALL the seams were falling apart! I start digging through all my papers to find my receipt, drive over to Kens Furniture and ask about warranty and start explaining what I did and what happened. This is where I find out YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO WASH THE COVERS because they have a latex backing! Really! How am I supposed to know this if we are not told how to properly care for it!? Especially after we said we would like a sectional with removeable covers so we can wash them! They took a photo copy of our receipt and said they would send it in to the manufacturer but they most likely will not replace them under warranty! I will wait and see what the outcome is and will but new covers out of pocket if I have to but will never buy anything else from this store again!

Although they were relocated in a smaller store they had a Great selection of readily available items. I actually went in for a central vacuum

Great local seller. Bought a excellent couch from them and an ottoman. Gave us a great deal on both and delivered the very next weekend. Only down point was wished it arrived in a plastic wrap or box etc. But love the couch so far.

Appliance warranty is a joke. They used a company from Quebec to set up repairs. Took 1 week for a call back. Another 3 weeks to get repair done. With a family who can wait 4 weeks for a repair. Bought another dryer due to no service . Never buy appliances there at least Leon’s and Brick send repair guys in 2-3 days.

We recently purchased a refrigerator from Ken's Furniture which was sale priced the same as all the big box stores. The salespeople were wonderful and professional to work with. The two gentleman that delivered the new refrigerator were professional in taking great care installing our new refrigerator in our home and ensuring all was in good condition.
