This was our first time going to another brand and dealership in 20 plus years. Steve Renaud made my family experience super easy. He was very honest and upfront from the very beginning. He kept us in the loop in regards to the order status of our new Rav4. Will definitely and have already given his info to others looking for new and used vehicles. Will definitely see Steve when we purchase our next Toyota.

He was able to thoroughly answer all our questions and kept in touch with us while we awaited our new vehicle from the factory. Kelowna Toyota also made it easy for us to get financing when we were unsure if we would qualify at all! Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend Steve and Kelowna Toyota to any of my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a used 2017 Corolla iM. We live in Saskatchewan and found it online and it was exactly what we were looking for. Tala was able to get a us great deal, negotiate transport for us, and from the first point of contact to when we received the car two provinces away was less than 10 days, and for way less than it would have cost to fly out and drive back. Tala was absolutely amazing to deal with and I will definitely buy from him again in the future. No pressure or pushy sales tactics. He was just super knowledgable and happy to help. Overall I was super happy with the whole Kelowna Toyota team from sales to financing. The car arrived on time and exactly as described, since we did not see it in person before purchase. I can say we have had no issues and the car is still running perfectly.
