★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife wanted to buy Audi Q7 fully-loaded but couldn't find one in lower mainland. I contacted Kelowna dealership as they had the one we were looking for. Trevor (Sales Manager) called me and was transparent, honest, and very different from any other person I've dealt with at any dealership.
I must say Kelowna Audi ranks in a class of its own when it comes to a strong relationship building, superior knowledgeable and friendly, professional team.
As the weather was pretty harsh the day we drove to Kelowna to buy our new car, Trevor went above and beyond and replaced our summer tires with winters rims & tires (free of cost including no replacement/shipping cost) to ensure that we went safe back home.
Will 10/10 go to Trevor and him only for my next vehicle purchase!
The best service I have ever experienced from any car dealership. Ever.

He was very helpful, even showing the vehicle they only recently received (which I bought), and being fully transparent about it. The turn-around time to get the car detailed was definitely a plus. Overall, great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience purchasing our SUV. Alexis was patient, knowledgable and offered a no pressure experience. He even helped me swap my car seat between models to see what would suit our family best. There were some errors made on the lease paperwork due to the finance manager being out of office, but overall a pleasant purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Tim at Audi Kelowna (2017 S3 and 2021 Q5) and have had an excellent experience. Tim worked hard to secure the vehicle I wanted from another dealership and was in constant communication. Jed the Finance manager as well as Ryan the GM have been excellent as well. In terms of the service department we have nothing but good things to say and would not hesitate to service our vehicles there once our Audi Care coverage expires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, I'll point out this is only the second time I've been inspired to write a Google review ... and Tim at Audi Kelowna gets the credit. I was looking to trade my 2010 S4 for an A6 allroad and was logically shopping every Audi dealer in the Lower Mainland. However, I decided to also reach out to Kelowna Audi on a specific car they had on the lot. Tim did such a great job that I quickly decided it was worth driving from Whistler to Kelowna to do the deal. The communication was timely and clear during the process and all elements of the transaction were transparent, fair and reasonable - vehicle price, accessories, trade-in value, lease structure etc. I'll be back.

It was a very relaxing environment the entire time when we were at the dealership. I went in to talk to Alexis who brought me a beautiful s5 and once I drove it I forgot about the s4. Alexis was very patient and answered all the questions I had. My sincere appreciation to Alexis Lamontagne for assisting us in purchasing our s5.
I also want to thank Jed for getting me approved. Definitely the best shopping experience.
