Bought my first car from here and it was such a good experience. Keith helped us out and made everything go smoothly. I would recommend going here to anyone who is buying their first car or just wants something new. They had a large range of vehicles and prices. Overall great place :)

I went to Buy Direct Truck Centre for a second time to purchase a vehicle and I had the same wonderful person that helped me the first time, Jared Steinke. All I can say is everything from A-Z was amazing. Thank you so much. I love my vehicle. I also want to mention Eric Nowak who was awesome as well. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and in order. Again, what a great place and team. They have amazing choices of vehicles at great prices. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, definitely a must-go, you won’t regret it.

I want to thank JARED (Sales Rep. from Buy Direct Truck Ctr), for helping me with the purchase of a low mileage, mint condition vehicle - see the photo. This dealership has many quality used cars. I have been looking for an older Mercedes with low mileage for a while now. Not too many left in Canada and especially with the odometer at 127,000 KMs, and when I saw the Autotrader Ad. (from Buy Direct Truck Ctr), I immediately emailed them for more information about the Benz. Jared replied right away the next morning with the CarFax information and also answered all my questions. I was concerned about the exterior finish of the car (dents, scratches etc.), and Jared went out of his way and prepared a video of the car as I am from Vancouver and I couldn’t see the car in-person. Once I saw the video and confirming the condition, then made an offer… with a deposit to hold the car for me. I drove down to Kelowna to see it “in-person”, test drove it and just a minor tune-up and fluid changes needed - your regular required maintenance. Great price so purchased it, and Eric (Finance manager) helped me with the purchase papers and we were done in 10-minutes, and then Lindsay (Insurance agent) arrived onsite within 10-minutes after my purchase, and she gave me great recommendations on my new insurance policy, super efficient team! And also when I flew back to Kelowna to pick up the car, Kaelin picked me up from the airport. Fantastic service!!!

Buy direct Truck Centre is an awesome place to shop for used cars to slightly used cars. I got a 2012 Chevy Aevo with studded tires. It had 98,132 KM on it, and we bought it for 3920.00 all taxes in, and it has been awesome for me since I started driving it. Everyone at the business was terrific to us, especially Cam Sorenson our salesman. I will quote you what they quoted us over the phone: "Come down and see us, and we guarantee you will go away happy!" We couldn't be more pleased how everything turned out, and when I am ready to upgrade I will be bringing my car back to the lot and seeing what they have for me in the way of a SUV. Thank you Buy Direct Truck Centre staff, and especially thank you Cam Sorenson, you should get a promotion and a raise!! After 1 month of driving my car, there were problems found with it. I tried It cost a lot to repair but to be fair i never tired to contact the owner of the dealer shop or before it as fixed except by email. I started changing ratings, and pictures, as I felt a little ignored, but then I found a spot online that connects you with your salesman and owner. Oswen I got a hold of the they totally understood I was a little put off y the remaining damages needed to be fixed from a used car realize old cars need repairs, but aft the 3900 i spent on the car, I thought they would be less. I just happened to pick on that needed more work then others. After i had talked to the owner with my concerns he offered me a 200 dollar rebate on any future friends I could get to shop theirs, a 200 dollar gas voucher, and free oil change. Thant absolutely made my day. While I get the don't make much on used cars for them to be so generous after the fat blew me away. These are terrific people trying to help everyone they can get the best car they can and I think the are real in that pursuit. They could have said bye-bye,but didn't, and I am grateful for all they dd for me, that company will be around for a long time, and I will support them as long a they are around. I fell like owed them an apology as how is a business going to try to make things better to you hat they lack the knowledge of a problem in the first place. Buying a vehicle is not always easy. Being a young woman, purchasing your first car, not overly familiar with the lingo or status quo prices. It can be intimidating. Jared & Eric at Buy Direct we’re very helpful. Jared didn’t push a sale on me. He let me take days to find the car I really liked, while guiding me to keep within my budget. They provided me with info & services I requested in a timely fashion. And I’m beyond happy with my new car. Thanks fellas!!

I had a completely amazing experience here. Phenomenal service, everything felt personalized. Everyone was nice and helpful. I am super happy with my car and recommend this place to anyone wanting a vehicle. Getting a car loan when you're a young adult is difficult, but Eric in finance made sure to get me an excellent deal. The financing is affordable and at an incredible rate. I was treated with respect and like an adult, which is hard to come by these days when you are young. You can tell he enjoys his work and values customer satisfaction. Cam from sales was incredibly nice. Made the whole process smooth and getting in touch was very easy. I felt like a very valued customer. There was absolutely no pressure or rush into getting a vehicle. The car was even moved out front for me before I got there because I expressed interest in that specific one over the phone. Very helpful and friendly. A bonus of this place was also the insurance broker Lindsey who came in. She was incredibly nice to me and helped me work out a comfortable monthly payment.

Great place to get a car. Jared and Eric were both a huge help. They went above and beyond, by upgrading my entertaiment system for free, getting the new tires thrown on, and giving me a free full tank of gas. Buy Direct wasn't like any other car dealership I've visited, they didn't waste my time or pressure me into a car payment. Overall great experience, and I'd recommend.
