Bought an old 2003 Beetle with only one key. Bought two more keys of the internet and in 30 min he had them cut and programmed in with no transponder errors.

They had everything ready for me and offered additional help if my lock didn’t work properly. Very kind people, great store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend they expertise at Kelowna Lock and Key as they were able to help me out in making a set of keys from scratch. Several other lock smiths in Kelowna and outside Kelowna were unable to assist saying the locks had to be drilled out. Within a couple hours I had brand new keys cut that worked perfectly. Thank you very much for the assistance and getting me back on the road.

From the moment I first called him on the weekend during the evening to him coming to my location the next day to look at my jammed ignition in my car. It was a stellar experience. Not only was he the best price in town, but he was diligent and careful to take care of all my needs right away. It was honestly a pleasure to have worked with him.
I could not recommend these guys anymore. It's honestly been an incredible experience and I would call them back if I need to (hopefully I don't haha)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryan went above and beyond with his service! Super fast, efficient and great communication. Being from out of town and losing your only key/fob is a super stressful situation, especially after a snow storm. But my stress was definitely at ease with Kelowna lock and key. When I arrived at my vehicle to meet Ryan, he had fully cleaned off all of the snow on my car and dug it out after snowplows blocked it in with snow. Replacing car keys aren't cheap, but his service certainly made it worth it. ?
