This place sucks,none of my clothes came out of the washers clean and half of the machines dont work. I definitely don't recommend it at all.

Very poor customer service on the phone, I called to inquire about the cost of an average load of laundry to wash and dry and the woman that answered was very unknowledgeable and couldn't give me a simple estimate and had no common courtesy or manors. Might change rating after going there out of sheer convenience due to lack of transportation but i cant see it happening unless they did my laundry for free

I thought I would try this place for the dry cleaning service. I went in and asked a few questions regarding how long to get back, what their shirt service was and pricing. I was speaking to what seemed like a manager or owner and she said all the right things. I brought my shirts in and gave it a try. When I returned to pick up my shirts and pay I advised them that I spoke to the manager and she told me to advise whoever I spoke to that I was speaking to her and that I could get a discount based on where I worked. The staff member helping me said they do not have a manager just owners. She started quizzing me on what the person looked like. This was a few weeks back and I am not sure this was the best method to determine if I should get the discount promised me. The staff member said it sounds like I was just speaking to another worker there and she is not authorized to give discounts. So, either the manager/owner knew this would be the response and when she offered to me originally she knew she had nothing to lose since her staff wouldn't give a discount or she was not a manager/owner at all or the manager/owner did not advise her staff of the discount and made me look stupid asking when I came to pick up. Whichever it was, the business practices are questionable. I did the original drop off with only 6 of my shirts just as a test before making any ongoing plans with this place (given mixed reviews on-line). Glad this was my approach... I do not recommend this place. Unfortunately the prices are good ($31 after taxes for 6 shirts) and location is good (right next to Costco), so they could have had ongoing commitment by me but I don't appreciate the treatment and the business practices so will not be returning.

my advice: go somewhere else. the place is really dirty,many appliances broken,no room for passages or even to the machines. only 2-3 really small tables for folding. staff is smoking a cigarette in front of the door. didn’t think i needed to check the review before going the the laundromat ?

The first time I used them the two sweaters didn’t come back clean and had to be done again. The second time we used them the item wasn’t ready on the day it was supposed to be. The third time I used them the items were promised for Friday. Went to pick them up and they weren’t ready. I was told they meant the following Friday. One and a half weeks for dry cleaning. “Don’t know what to tell you” accompanied by a shrug of the shoulders is not a good customer service response. How about “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. Time to find a reliable dry cleaner.

Awaiting to pick up dress shirt as staff smokes one foot from door.Charged and paid.Upon getting home shirt is visibly wrecked on one entire side. Return and told"back about your shirt? Yeah, we all tried everything(before charging me and sending me on my way) but couldn’t fix it."Unworn shirt I wanted interview-crisp and staff says "well I never saw it when you brought it in." Shirt retails $100. Do not go here! Ever! Awful, awful place;lowliest of the low.

Visited here on business for 6 days and I called ahead and asked about their drop off and pickup rates. She provided the rate with a $25 min. I said great I’m On my way! I arrive there, she gives me a look up and down (I’m brown FYI) and says “are u here to do laundry” to which I reply “I called in about drop off” All of a sudden, she makes up these big jobs she has all weekend and she’s not able to take me in. I definitely felt very unwelcome to say the least. Wouldn’t recommend here unless you’re white-skinned. Then she’ll give you 5 star service. The laundromat on Montgomery Rd did. Fantastic job. This woman is a nightmare.
