★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. How can you tell a skilled immigrant that just migrated that they cant get a white collar job because they don't have Canadian Experience and are from a third world country. That's very disheartening and discouraging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been leaving voice mails for "Grace" to call back so that we can hire a temp, not only has she not returned the VM's for days, but the receptionist has a horrible attitude and tells me to call the Calgary office, even though we need a temp for EDMONTON! Totally would not recommend them. If they don't want out business, we'll go somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on contract with them for 19 years because I loved my job. No sick leave, no pension. When I went on disability there was no contact to see how I was doing, when I then retired there was no contact. This after 19 years. If you can, don't use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked for Kelly Services for four years. I had three Kelly Services contract rep's during that time the first two where very professional the last one was the worse. I had to switch temp companies since the last Kelly's rep didn't keep in contact with me even though I worked for Kelly's for awhile. They also pay really badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a university student hoping to find some work through Kelly Services back in 2011, I eagerly visited their office downtown and put in an application hoping for a somewhat speedy response.
Two years later (I have since graduated), I was contacted by a woman named "Stephanie" who was nice enough to inform (via voicemail) that they had a position for me. Not wanting to keep them waiting, I responded the next day to inform them that I was currently employed with EPS, to which she replied that the job was already unavailable.
I'm writing this review as a warning for those who are job hunting and wish for a speedy response: Kelly Services will take years to get back to you, only to say the position they had reserved is no longer available. While there incompetence did not affect me directly, I do find it most mind boggling that they think someone would wait 2.5 years you get a response!
Do Not Use This Service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently hired at a company as a temp employee. I went through Grace with Kelly services to set everything up and she was stellar! She really does try to get back to you in a timely manner if she misses your calls, and just in general she is an extremely friendly, easy to talk to, down to earth person. Overall I had a really great experience with Kelly Services and I hope if you are looking for work you give them a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible! Do not use! If you find a job on their website, reach out to other HR agencies about the job posting, they will be more than happy to help you. Kelly Services was a huge disappointment working for them, every issue was a struggle to try and fix - rep wouldn't give good direction, and they would dodge calls and emails (while working for them!). And the struggle gets worse when you are done your work assignment, and you try to close your file with them! Every time I spoke to someone, they told me to contact another person, or lacked informing me I needed to contact certain departments to receive information - they will give you the run around for weeeeks. Good luck to anyone who has to use them. I know in the future, any job posting I see with Kelly, I will be reaching out to other agencies to inquire about it because companies use more than one agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience through Grace at Kelly Services. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and helped find the right job for me. Overall I am very pleased.
I was initially hired at a company who outsources their new hires to Kelly Services. The company's job description did not match what my actual responsibilities were, which was not the fault of Kelly Services. I informed the company I would not continue employment there at the end of Day 1. I assumed that would be the end of my contact with Kelly Services.
Turns out Grace was willing to help me find another job placement, which has resulted in a permanent position at an excellent company.
My only compliant would be aimed at employment agencies as a whole. Although they help when searching for jobs, they do charge a "mark-up" for whichever company you work at. That's a standard across the industry, and definitely better than not having a job!
