Terrible experience. Firstly, it is not the easiest location to get to. You have to find parking, then pay for it, and then walk. Secondly, the lady I dealt with was a complete b*tch! The entire interview she critiqued my resume as if a child had put it together, and made me feel incompetent and inexperienced. Iโ€™ve had many interviews and found many jobs with the exact same resume I provided to her, and no companies ever complained about it. She would ask me typical interview questions, and she critiqued my answers. Again, making me feel stupid. Not once did she smile, and she made it seem as if I was inconveniencing her. I remember her asking what it is I want out of a career and when I told her my answer her exact words were โ€œwell, youโ€™re not in a position to say that. You are a recent college graduate and canโ€™t hold a job for more than a year.โ€ Regardless of my ability to hold a job, I donโ€™t think employees should be able to talk to people like that. I felt embarrassed and humiliated! Her last words to me were โ€œI will let you know either way, and I will send you jobs that might suit your experience better.โ€ I did not get any sort of follow up, or any other job offer. There is absolutely no way Iโ€™m not qualified for anything! So, if you feel like wasting an hour of your day, not including the commute and expense to park, feel free to use adecco for your employment needs. They will belittle you, make you feel stupid, uneducated and inexperienced. They probably wonโ€™t get you a job anyway.

I have a very positive opinion of Edmonton's Adecco branch. About 3/4 of the way through the year 2014, I finally started getting calls from Adecco about temporary assignments. I registered with the agency in February, but did not hear anything from them for months, even when I applied for the odd listing that appeared on their job board. I'm not sure if the change was triggered by a change of recruiters handling my profile or simply more contracts being offered to Adecco, but whatever the case, I got plenty of work through Kanika and Lesley at Adecco. What I like best about Adecco is that the agency didn't limit me to doing one particular kind of job. When my assignment for one kind of work ended, the agency matched me with another company that required its workers to have a different skillset. Adecco truly took my diverse background into consideration and gave me a much broader variety of assignments than some other temporary agencies I've registered with. Aside from the aforementioned issue of waiting months to get assignments, my only other criticism of Adecco is that it was difficult to visit the office for the first time. This is because the office is based within a multipurpose skyscraper and no sign identifying Adecco can be seen from the street. You definitely want to leave extra early if you're scheduled for an interview at this particular Adecco branch!

Working with Ryan and Brenda has been a pleasure. They are both easy to work with and found me a placement right away. I have been paid promptly on a weekly bases and they are always quick to respond to any questions I have. Highly recommended.

Sandra was wonderful to work with, and even though I did not land the job, she helped facilitate every step and made the experience stress-free. I am optimistic for future opportunities and am looking forward to working with her again.

Adecco Edmonton has been a tremendous company to work for. Helped me find work right away, after trying for months with another temp agency in the early half of 2020. Rep Brenda and branch manager Ryan have been on the ball, extremely professional, quick to respond to work and banking queries, and very personable. Have recommended others to call them for work, or switch from their other temp agencies that just aren't doing it for them. Solid five out of five stars.

So I have worked for Adecco for a long time. During this time there was one person named Brenda L. Schnurer who found me the work, etc. And only to have to work in such toxic conditions, where I would be harassed, and work in extremely stressful places where it is essentially modern day slave work. And when I finally had enough of these jobs and found my own work and quit immediately as nothing was done about the harrassment etc. And only to find that I did not get my last paycheck! It has been two weeks now, and not Adecco or Brenda have gotten back to me on where my money is? Or when I should be expecting it! It's a great place to work if you want to be a slave for Free!! I will be contacting WCB after Easter and I will be interested to see what happens next.

Sandra Briggs was pivotal in securing an amazing employment opportunity for me. She was courteous, helpful and 100% professional. I cannot say enough good things about her and would highly recommend this organization to any company looking to secure the best of the best.

I recently did some temporary part-time work through Adecco to help me through a difficult financial time. I found the company to be very professional. I was provided with a link to a comprehensive handbook, offered a whole range of online training courses, given valuable information before I started at the temporary work, paid promptly and correctly. Logging time is done online which makes it effortless. My experience with Brenda and Ryan was that they were always helpful, supportive, understanding, and respectful. I would be happy to work with Adecco again and to recommend it to friends and family. By far the best work agency that I have ever used.
