★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before coming into this great shop, I had taken my husbands watch back to the jeweller because it was not keeping accurate time. The jeweller wanted to charge us $50 to have it shipped back to the manufacturer and $200 for a repair. I wanted a second opinion, the staff at kaya's clock repair were so knowledgable, helpful and reasonably priced. he helped me on-the-spot. Great customer service and an amazing variety of unique and themed clocks on display. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't had my watch serviced there but I did buy a watch band. Kaya is a very very friendly individual. The store is very clean, inviting, and nicely organized. The random ringing from the clocks on walls is quite pleasant when you're shopping and talking to Kaya. It just a great atmosphere. I haven't had the need to get a watch serviced but I'm highly considering him, he gets multiple Omegas for servicing right now. I wonder how well he does with those kinds of watches. I'm highly considering of getting mine serviced there vs some Omega service center somewhere in the states. Definitely will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a watch battery replaced there at a fraction of the cost compared to the fees the jewellery store from where the watch was purchase, charge. But the best was not having to leave it there for two or three weeks. Mr. Kaya replaced it while I waited. He and his son were so kind and friendly. I would not hesitate to return there or to refer my friends to this shop

Found my new local watch store where all of my battery replacements and repairs will be taken. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alif is a Brilliant watchmaker. A true craftsman, he has a wealth of knowledge that comes from 30 years of being in the business. I dropped in unexpectedly for a batter replacement and left over an hour later as we shared so much on watchmaking. It is Seriously worth your time to talk to him, and seek him out to have your Timepieces serviced. He is a Treasure to deal with.

I am EXTREMELY impressed with his abilities as i watched him efficiently service two expensive Dive watches with precision. I've seen other watchmakers perform, but watching him was watching a true Artist. He has now earned a Definitely permanent customer and acquaintance for life.
Don't take my lightly, i meant everything i have said about Arif Kaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my 1973 Omega Constellation chronometer in a few years back for a complete service and condition check (I inherited the watch from my Father-in-law and he had not worn it for many years before he passed away. ) It was in good shape but in much need of some TLC. Mr. Kaya was excellent and his knowledge and experience are exceptional. He was terribly behind in service work after a very busy season over the 2-3 months previously. However he told me up front that he would be at least 3-4 months before he would be able to complete the service. He was professional enough and so honest to tell me this up front. He did indeed have the watch for about 4 months but when it was ready, it was in the best condition I had ever seen the watch in for the 40+ years my Father-in-law had it. The watch needs another little fix right now (a stem replacement) and I look forward to the shop re-opening soon so I can bright in in for another just-like-new once over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and pricing was very fair, and they were able to repair my wall clock. They were up-front about pricing and turn-around time and they were exactly right. I appreciated the personal help with deciding whether or not it was worth fixing this particular clock, and now I know that I've got a reliable clock for at least a few more years, hopefully more. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my clocks/watches there for repair, they are lovely people!
