I dropped off a blazer on a Sunday that I needed for work on Wednesday morning and was promised it would be ready for pick up on Tuesday evening. I went in on Tuesday at 5pm and the owner told me it was not ready and wouldn't be until Wednesday. I told him I was promised by one of his employees that it would be ready on Tues, he shrugged. Did not care! He did not so much as a apologize and basically threw a $10 bill at me when I asked for my money and blazer back. I will NEVER go back there. Owner does not care about customers!

They gave my suit pants away to a different customer and when they called me they lied and said that they found a spot on my pants and need to keep it another night instead of just telling me the truth right away. When I finally got the suit back it was like the didn't even care they made the mistake, no sorry, no offer for refund, no customer service what so ever. I had to ask for the refund, they did give me the refund but the job that was done was no good, the suit coat was not pressed and had wrinkles in it. If you decided to get work done here, it would be at your own risk. There are other dry cleaners right around this one and I would recommend go else where.
B	Bahaa A. Hamdan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad client service and very disrespectful, i was supposed to pick up my clothes after 4 days when I dropped them. They call me before an hour to say that its not ready and to pick them up the next day( so much for same day service) When I asked for a special price the owner “snapped” at me and threatened to give them to me in bad shape. The next day I went to pick them up they kicked me out just because I complained about there service. They had 2 star rating and after I complained they got people to rate them 5. Very disrespectful. There are 3 dry cleaners in the area that have way better client service.

S	Sherri Cobus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Stay away from this dry cleaners. I brought my daughter's very expensive wedding dress here to be cleaned and boxed. I never received a call to pick it up so I stopped by to see if it was ready. The guy at the front counter, the owner, said it was gone, that they gave it away to charity because I didn't come to pick it up. I told him I didn't receive a call. He abruptly pointed to my invoice and said "read the small print...I don't have to call you." I felt sick! I asked him to call that charity to get the dress back. He told me to come back another time. What?!!! He was very rude and nonobliging. When I threatened to call the police, another employee came from the back with my daughter's dress. He said it had been cleaned and charged me $340. I was very upset, paid the total but didn't check the dress to ensure that it had been cleaned. And it was not boxed. I just wanted to get out of there. When I got home I opened the plastic and saw that the dress hadn't even been cleaned. I rarely write reviews but I'm hoping this one saves others the headache and $$$. This place is a ripoff! See attached pics.
