Howard Fine Jewellers– Official Rolex Retailer

I’ve been a customer of Howard’s for many years. While they have beautiful jewelry available I’ve personally used their services to design unique pieces. I'd encourage anyone to think about this as an option at Howard’s. Most recently, I worked with Stephanie to design an heirloom piece, and step by step she helped me translate a basic idea to an improved design and construction. The end product was fantastic and the experience of getting there was great. My experience has been that Howard's will stand behind what they make and sell whether it is new construction or an estate piece. An issue has only arisen once, but when it did, there was no issues which was a huge relief. If Stephanie is not available, don't worry. This positive experience of care and diligence has been a common theme in my customer experience. Others I've dealt with, like Frank, have shown similar care so you'll likely be well served regardless. Without a doubt I'd work with Stephanie and/or Frank again.

I want to thank Sonja specifically for providing me excellent service and getting me the watch that I wanted. First to note, as I feel this was an important trait in how she conducts business and how good her customer service is. This specific watch had some history and a situation occurred which I prefer not to reveal out of respect to everyone's' privacy but in this situation it truly showed Sonja's client/customer loyalty as well as due diligence. Owning a business myself, I highly value what she did and just shows how great her loyalty is. Everything about this transaction I believe was meant to be, everything was extremely smooth and it all worked out in the end. She was not eager for the sale, she gave me all the information I had asked for and was extremely knowledgeable. I also appreciated her opinion as she made a great point regarding this specific watch. Sonja's nothing short of amazing, she communicated with me throughout the whole way and followed up with me after my first initial visit and we were able to conclude everything in a short time frame. She has such a positive, friendly and upbeat attitude and is very down to earth and I am so glad that we worked together in finalizing the purchase of the watch. I will definitely look forward to some of our future and upcoming transactions for not only watches but jewellery as well. Upon finalizing the sale of the watch I had come in last minute as I was tied up during the week. Sonja wasn't expecting me to come in at such short notice but even then she was so efficient in concluding everything from the purchase and didn't make me feel rushed at all, even though the store was near closing hours. She was also acted very promptly for a request I had last minute as well. All the staff at Howard's were very helpful and professional and I highly recommend visiting them for not only watches but for there jewellery as well. Overall an excellent experience and atmosphere. There is a reason for their strong reputation and long history of being so reputable.

Can't recommend Howard's enough. I had inherited an engagement ring from a relative that was in rough shape, and could not be fixed short of being completely re-cast. My fiancé and I chose to have a new ring custom-built based on the old ring, and the folks at Howard blew us away. New ring is exactly what I was looking for, and is a perfect mix of the old ring's style with some more modern elements. Jess and the rest of the team were so helpful and kind, and made the whole process a dream. Many thanks to these folks!

I've had multiple experiences with the amazing team at Howard Jewellers over the past three years, all of which have left me feeling that they are true professionals who are genuinely hard working and go above and beyond to make the client happy, even when through no fault of their own things get a little tricky. Adam is very knowledgeable and skilled at the technical aspects of watch maintenance, Sladjana is very friendly and gave me some helpful advice, and I want to say a huge thank you to Stephanie for being the reason I'm typing this review with a stunning new Rolex Explorer on my wrist. This business has earned my trust for years to come. Highly recommended!

My partner and I had a great experience with Howard Fine Jewellers. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. We worked with Stephanie and Frank for months to find and customize a ring, and it turned out perfect. Highly recommend for anyone in the market for an engagement ring - they were fantastic!!

A dream come true. I was finally able to get my first Rolex (a watch that I have admired since I was a child) 3 weeks before my Birthday! I must thank Stephanie who arrange everything with my wife for making the occasion an unforgettable one. She was very knowledgeable, equally enthusiastic and kind.
