★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The short of my long story is, after a few eye exams back to back, changing my prescription back and forth, driving back and forth numerous times to pick up glasses that were cut wrong, and I also still couldn't see out of, I finally accepted the last pair (numerous pairs were re-made) as they were the best, and I was fed up. Went back to my previous doc. Turns out that I had cataracts all along. Just had surgery. I phoned Scott to request a refund since these glasses were never right for my eyes and he refused. I also donated glasses so they've made a lot of money from my misfortune. It is in legal hands now.
I have also requested the owner's name and contact information, to which Scott would not provide. Scott assured me that he would ask the owner to call me. I never received a call from the owner.

Felt safe as far as covid safety precautions. They took the extra time to sanitize everything, they have protocol in place to keep everyone safe. Definitely gained a customer for life. Thanks guys! Can't wait for my new glasses to come in! Dont bother going anywhere else, just book here! Definitely 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, and helpful staff. We have been purchasing our eyewear with KVC for many years. Both my husband and I have gotten eyeglasses, Rx sunglasses, contacts and even Rx. Safety glasses through them. Scott and his team have always been extremely helpful in picking out styles that suit our look, budget and prescription needs. Last mother's day they even helped my husband surprise me with Rx sunglasses, which look awesome! I 100% would recommend this dedicated team to any of my loved ones or friends in the area.

He was kind, professional, and patient and gave great advice on finding the right pair! The place was clean and tidy, as well as there are many different options for frames to choose from.
