★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my engagement ring in to be resized, it was ready the next day, and half the price of what any jeweller quoted me. My ring ended up having to be resized before I even took it home (my own fault) and he resized it the same day for no additional cost. Highly recommend.

My wife was really happy with special designed beautiful ring. 5 years later I called Doug and asked him if he could help with surprising my wife with an additional ring for 5th anniversary. Doug again made a beautiful ring that fits perfectly with the 1st ring. Dougs great work, knowledge and great acting skills to surprise wife are wonderful. Thanks for the beautiful work Doug.

(from 2003) and a ring from 2010. They sre still in immaculate condition. Recently my fiance took my engagement in to be resized. Doug was prompt and had my ring fit to a perfect size. I highly recommend karateristics.
