The staff made us move aside to restock when we were deciding on our purchase, then when we decided they refused to sell product to us because we had a 26 year old handicapped person accompanying us that unfortunately didn't have her ID, even thou I was the purchaser. Rude, rude, rude! Special Olympians supporters don't stop here!

I have been purchasing from the Kamloops Plaza Beer & Wine store for many years due to the friendly staff that I know on a first name basis however since the new staff took over, it has happened more than once that I experienced this MAJOR lack of BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and WILL NO LONGER go to this beer & wine store & WILL TELL EVERYONE the same for years to come.
