★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dude ripped me off. Wouldn't give discount even though I am a "member", employee just played dumb (or actually is dumb), what should have cost me $62, somehow cost $76. Another customer outside mentioned that they have tried to over-charge/rip off her as well. Avoid at all costs. I live a few blocks away and will gladly drive downtown just to avoid giving them my money. Also, their beer is warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my local beer store. Staff has always been great (despite a lot of changes) in the 9+ years I've been going here. They have loyal customer incentives that I usually get to take advantage of at least twice a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered off skip the dishes. Got a 6 pack of Strongbow cider. One was opened and tinted dark brown. Which tells me it was open for a long time. I called the store. The guy working blamed it on the skip driver and told me it was impossible for that to happen from them. Horrible customer service. I know they can't fix the order them selves but I was calling to let them know to prevent this from happening to the next person. Will never order from this establishments again.
