★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The logistic manager Kris, if you can't figure out a solution for an wrong delivery and nobody will pick it up for almost three weeks, I have no idea how could you keep your job there. The way you communicate with your customer is rude and unprofessional at all. Chose to have days off when there were still deliveries going is not responsible to your customers. Stop always blaming the third party companies, if you chose to hire them to run the deliveries, you need to be responsible for your customers. Don't just hide behind the screen and say I made few phone calls and I can't do anything. Send someone to my store, maybe including yourself, to fix the problems, pick it up. You have no clues the amount of issues caused by your wrong deliveries, I Do Not Take your apologize!!!
