The messaging system is inconsistent and leaves uncertainties in documentation requirements and appointments details, the booking is very disorganized which might waste your time and they will charge you for parking!

Its almost 15 days that we are trying to reach our family doctor at this clinic. This guys never receives your call. They have a portal to communicate and book appointment, and since last 15 days they have not replied to any of our msgs and no appointments are made available if you try to book online. Not sure how to reach our family doctor. We have 3 yrs kid and he wanted medical attention and this clinic is so absurd that you can never reach them. I hope sombody at this clinic read this and do some thing to serve their clients. People looking for family doctor, pls stay away from this clinic.
A	Alex Racey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met with Dr Nautiyal, she was very thorough and took the time to intake all of our medical history. She made sure to request any necessary tests, prescriptions etc that needed to be done before we left the office. She was friendly and attentive to detail.
n	nate ayers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes forever to get through to anyone. My doctor is nice but ias late to every appointment. Today I have been waiting for almost 2.5 hours for there call. Not acceptable. if this was any other business they would lose customers like crazy. If your looking to get a attentive office with doctors who take the time go somewhere else.

Callers are told to "Please wait" and then immediately put on hold for at least ten minutes. One time I was sitting in the reception area and watched this happen. What was the receptionist doing that was so important she had to put the caller on hold? She went back to doing whatever it was she was doing on her computer beforehand! It was not to deal with a patient standing at the counter, or to speak to a caller on another line. I have found a new doctor, not just because of this constant irritant, but because I want to see a doctor when I book a visit, not an RPN. My new doctor was amazed Dr Rawal had not ordered a thyroid test considering my age. So glad he did, and so glad I am no longer at this clinic.
J	Jenna Reeves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice facility. I really liked our doctor. However I found it very difficult to get through to a receptionist. I called three times last week. Each time I was on hold for an hour. Never got to speak to anyone. Had to leave because with a new baby I needed more support and spending three hours on hold was a bit too much for me.

Showed up and the place was empty. Another time it took 11 days to get my antidepressants refilled. Even the pharmacist was angry. Called 3 times in 2 years to ask to get an FIT test. Have not received it yet despite the receptionist saying she would send me one by mail. Finally, most recently i made an appointment for a phone call to discuss all this - dr rawal never called. I deeply regret selecting this doctor and this facility. Currently looking for another doctor but after these terrible experiences Im pretty hesitant to even do that. This level of gross incompetence is way beyond unacceptable for any business let alone a “health care professional”. Disappointed and frustrated. Would be nice to have a doctor that even cared a little bit.

The receptionist at the office seem to have no clue what they are doing. They seem to be in a rush and confused all the time. If the office had better management it would perhaps be an ok spot. If your looking for a well managed and courteous office. This place IS NOT the one.
