Never had any problems with the service at Kamloops KIA and they have always been informative and honest with their estimates and quotes for the work needed. Taryn at the service desk is always a pleasure to communicate with and has always been willing to do what she can to assist with any inconveniences that may arise while your vehicle is being repaired.

β β β β β I purchased a new Kia Niro from here in October. A few weeks ago I noticed premature wear on the driver's seat. I feel like this wear shouldn't be happening in a brand new car. I called to make an appointment to have it fixed and brought my car there on Dec 28th. One person told me it was going to take an hour and a half to figure out the quote to fix it, but then the other person behind the desk said that it wouldn't be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty because it is "visual" and I didn't purchase the protection package. It was super inconvenient that I had to come all the way down there for them just tell me it couldn't be fixed unless I pay $700 to 800. The salesperson has been really great helping us out, but he said this was the design of the seat and if it was fixed then it would just come back again. I'm not sure if this is a Kia Canada issue, but I am concerned the wear is going to continue to get worse, until it eventually tears etc. It's obviously a terrible design. After spending $60000 on a vehicle I wouldn't this and I would expect Kia to take responsibility for their poor engineering.

β β β β β Dealing with Geoff at Kamloops Kia made leasing my vehicle a breeze! Very easy to work with and he also threw in a few goodies for me. They gave me a great deal on the vehicle, and had me driving within the week. With their vast selection of used vehicles, it was easy to find what I wanted at Kamloops Kia. Would certainly recommend !!

β β β β β My dad purchased a used car from Kamloops Kia. They were very good to him from negotiating price and trade-in value through to getting his insurance done promptly. He would highly recommend salesperson Karsh (sp?). My dad is a senior and Karsh treated him like gold.

β β β β β My first visit to Kamloops Kia was a great experience to say the least. I sat down with Geoff to go over my wants in a vehicle, thinking this would be a unicorn due to how specific I was being. Everything I thought I wanted (I was so sure) turned out to be not at all the right fit for me. Geoff showed me something that I didn't even take into consideration, a 9 out of my 10 check list, and even had a solution for my 10th that was innovative! I had a very specific plan and goal in mind and he took the time to answer my ridiculous questions, communicating openly and timely, ensuring my goal was met.
10 out of 10 for transparency and communication. This is likely what sold me more than the car. Jonas took me for a spin in the car and I felt super safe and thoroughly enjoyed his company.
I do have to mention Kaleena, as during a moment of cold feet, she reassured me, spoke to me so incredibly respectfully. She made me feel valued and so appreciated. Her level of honesty and getting my financing secured to exactly what I needed was a breath of fresh air. I will surely be bringing her a latte just to be around her contagious and awesome personality.
I'm VERY excited to work with Kia moving forward.

β β β β β I had such a great experience buying my first new car in Kamloops Kia! All the staff were very kind and transparent when suggesting which car was the best for me and giving me a good deal. Having a welcoming atmosphere where I feel comfortable and heard in is super important for me when buying a car and this was the perfect place to do it.
I was mainly communicating and making the deal with Jonas and he was amazing! It can be tough sometimes to enter the car market and trust people but he is amazing and very straightforward, which made the whole experience even better.
