We found Michelle to be extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. We really liked that should Michelle ever be unavailable, Lee, or Katrina could step in, although the need never arose.
We were initially pretty disheartened by the market where things have been going for 200,000/300,000 over asking, but Michelle kept encouraging us and we never felt pressured.
Michelle ended up finding us a house that was more than we had imagined, for asking, and then later even got us a price reduction! We were so grateful to have had such exceptional support/guidance in this challenging market and will genuinely miss seeing Michelle so much! We can highly and very easily recommend. Thank you Michelle!
