Numerous questions I had, and Jeff was always there keeping me updated by E-mail or by my numerous phone calls while I was selling my property in Edmonton. We cannot say enough good things about our realtor Jeff Shorter. When we in the market to buy in 2008, we met with Jeff to review what type of house/property we were interested in. Jeff did his homework and brought us out to a few different houses. We only needed to look at a couple before deciding to buy the property that we would call home for the next 12 years. When we put the house on the market in mid-December 2019, it sold on the first day on an offer just under asking price. The deal fell through when we found that we had some issues with our roof. As we worked through dealing with the roof, Jeff worked hard contacting all of the other realtors who had clients who had expressed an interest in the house. Again, first day back on the market and the house sold. Again this deal fell through and Jeff was back at it, contacting realtors. This happened 4 more times until the deal finally completed at $6,000 over asking. Each time the deal fell through, Jeff went into action, arranging multiple showings and each time we ended up with multiple offers. On top of the multiple deals falling through and the work Jeff did to get it back on track, we had a tenant that requested either myself or Jeff be at any showings for the suite. Although 45 minutes away from Jeff's office, he made the drive up to the our house multiple times to let in the other realtors and their clients. When prospective buyers wanted to do a house inspection, Jeff would attend and let them into the suite. We would not hesitate to recommend Jeff to anyone interested in either buying or selling a house. He has demonstrated that he is willing to go above and beyond to make his clients happy. Dave B
