★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Braden Martin-Feek is a real go-getter, and was happy to make himself available whenever and wherever I wanted to look. We went all the way from Sidney to East Sooke to Metchosin to Cowichan River and points in between to try and find what I had in mind. We found it and managed to be the first to see it when it came on the market and sneak in our offer that day because Braden was willing to look on Father's Day when no one else was out and about. I believe that this is why we managed to get it at list with no multiple bids nearly a year ago when the market was already super hot.
I found Braden very personable, human and easy to work with. He never tried to direct me and let me explore my own feelings about a place, happy to answer questions as he had always done his research, but never pushy.
I can absolutely recommend Braden without hesitation. He is responsive, knows what he's doing and is willing to work hard - all while maintaining a calm and relaxed demeanour. Oh - and he's funny too :)

Even through unique challenges like a driver at the moving company testing positive for Covid (the day before we were supposed to move) Braden was able to come up with quick solutions and keep our purchase and move as stress-free as possible! She knows the city of Victoria very well, and was able to introduce me to a number of neighbourhoods that I knew very little about. Charlene is kind, knowledgeable, professional and patient. She was always available to answer my questions, is a total pleasure to interact with, and made the experience of buying my first home far easier than it otherwise could have been, given the circumstances.
