★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She has no business etiquette. She called 40 mins before my appointment and did not leave a voice msg or a text informing that she needs to cancel my appointment for the day. I learned about it only after going to her salon and saw that she was serving another client instead. She is a racist and unprofessional. She offered to see me the following day but I refused.
