When they arrived, I tried the paper with my home printer and it didn't work out like it should have (the in was smudging everywhere). At that time, I figured it was my printer and I ordered a different brand online. When I emailed the company, Lois from customer service responded back to me within a couple of hours, passed on my email to another contact and advised me to contact him. What a pleasure it was talking with him. Extremely helpful!! Wayne Potter, from Marketing, was able to trouble shoot with me. He looked up my current printer, advised me on what settings to set my printer to and said that I didn't need to purchase a new one. He was right! I changed the settings to what he and suggested and it worked perfectly. He was very knowledgeable with the products and he saved me a lot of money! GREAT customer Service from the customer service rep and the marketing side. Highly recommend this company and their products
T	Tim Sharpe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed my very first order a couple of days ago and expecting it would be shipped quickly from the Mississauga warehouse since we are in London but no told it will be coming from Vancouver and yet the order is still not processed, sent an email and no response as when my order will be shipped. This was not a small order (over $500) for my first order so you would like as a first time customer placing a large first order that they would ship the order asap. Very disappointed as it effects my business as I have clients awaiting products I need my order for.

Even though I only ordered small quantities, JOTO still took the time to ensure I was 100% happy and everything went smoothly. If you are considering becoming a customer, reach out to JOTO and see for yourself how great the customer service is. Also, they have the best selection of sublimation products in Canada, no other company had colored sublimation mugs that I could find.
