★ ★ ★ ★ ★ needs a map and better location marker. someone showed me a map, but i cant find it. it would help with the lost trucks no knowing where any of the locations given over the phone actually are in "real" space. most of the time ur standing at some spot only to be toled to go "there" where? its like being in the mind of an insane person. it dosnt need to be like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish someone from head office would come and see how these guys operate jus hate going here really really bad service and attitude you could be there waiting to drop or pickup for hrs they jus don't care..these guys should understand they have the jobs cause of truckers

But please stay way back off all the enterances when lining up on bramalea rd .We cant see around in any direction because the trucks are so big and long. So please never block and stay back 2 truck lengths. Pushing up doesn't speed up the line. Thx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopefully you get paid by the hour. 50+ phone calls to get someone on the phone daily to get inside the yard. Never mind once you're inside it'll be 3 wide of trucks cranes do everything except working. Expect to be in here HOURS. After you sit lined up down the road for HOURS. Yard conditions are a joke unless you drive a 1999 freightliner you don't care about. Horrible for a cn operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sitting in the truck for almost 3.5 hours for them to pick up my empty container. if they pay by pieces I think there no more line up and less wait time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always long line up, bad service and so rude, the staff just sit inside and do nothing for like 40mins.
The container handler need to use their air horn instead of the city horn. They need more workers.
