★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time using their service. I am very happy with their care, customer service and pricing. I arrived 30 min late after their work hours but someone one from their back office noticed I am at front door from cameras and came and helped me. The whole experience of receiving the dollies and equipments and returning them was so easy. Pricing is unbleivable. Staff are frienxly. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend Mover's choice as they are very helpful and have what all needed to pack and move.
My only suggestion is to keep track on returning the deposit amount on time . I need to call them after 6 working days to ask for the invoice and refund to get it. Ideally it should be with in 5 working days they have to return it as promised. It was smooth after a call. Thank You

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love doing business with this company, they made my move seamless. I had someone deliver and pick up the boxes, they were incredibly kind and professional. I ordered 40 of the large hinged boxes, they were sturdy and held a lot. If I do move again, I will definitely contact this company. The manager was easy to reach, professional and was knowledgeable about the products. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were the best! Not only were they very friendly and efficient but they gave us a deal on the dolly when we needed it over the weekend which was very helpful! Furthermore, I had another party return the boxes which The Mover's Choice was very accommodating about AND they offered to stay after hours when my party was stuck in traffic so that the items could be returned. Such good customer service, will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was doing a renovation on my place and I needed to pack everything up to accommodate the work. I decided to use plastic bins rather than cardboard boxes because I liked the idea that the bins would be reused, rather than discarded.
Jose was a delight to deal with for all the administration of the rental. And Tim was also a delight to deal with (for a nominal fee, he dropped off and picked up the bins exactly when he said he would).
The entire experience was smooth, efficient and very well priced. And they each thanked me for my business. A lovely touch. I would definitely use The Mover's Choice again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a little late in writing my review as I moved in October 2020 and used this company. It was my first time renting moving boxes and it is a game changer. The process was super easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. You have to pay a deposit and you can go and get more boxes if you need more. I didn’t think I will receive any money back from my deposit because I did have the boxes for 2 and 1/2-3 weeks (45 boxes) and used their pickup service after the move but I did receive a bit of money back. You also get cable ties and labels from the company. Best way to move!
