Any artist can tell you how stressful, time consuming and expensive it can be to ship valuable items. I'm an artist in Toronto and was comissioned a painting that needed to get to Vancouver before Xmas. Katrina was honestly the best. She reassured me, sent me photos of it being wrapped up properly and sent me the tracking # so I was in the loop. They are a family run business and you can tell they care about the work they do. They're also very REAL people and see you not just your wallet. I would definitely recommend them. The level of attention and expertise is noteworthy. A lil gem. Love them. Always goes above and beyond to assist, We needed to decant some adhesive into proper pails, they arranged everything for us and had everything ready in time for the flight overseas. Every time we reached out they are quick to respond and make our overseas shipping needs seamless.

I was stuck sending a Dangerous Goods package and had no idea what I was doing. Someone at Air Canada Cargo suggested I call them. They were able to assist me in person right away. They were about 20 minutes from the airport. Katrina, the person working there was unbelievable. She gave me a crash course on how to package my dangerous goods so that they are able to be shipped. I was lucky enough to find Katrina at Dangerous Goods Packing when I was looking for a last minute way to ship my breast milk to Florida. I needed it done in 12 hours and honestly I wasn't feeling hopeful. As soon as I called her she gave me the full low down on exactly what she can do for me and was very transparent with what to expect for pricing. My husband and I quickly headed to their location and she was so helpful and efficient. She provided us with a tracking number and we were on our way. The next day we were flying out to Florida and we were at the airport. We hadn't even gotten on our flight yet and Katrina called to let me know my breast milk arrived safely at its destination. My package got to Florida before me! I was so happy with the service I received and it honestly gave me piece of mind while flying. I didn't have to guess if my items were going to make it or not. As a first time mom travelling with my young daughter and husband I really wanted to continue feeding my baby breast milk. Katrina not only assured me she could ship it in a timely manner, she packaged it for me with dry ice and provided everything I needed to get it to Florida safely. Every other place I tried to ship it with was making me get all the packaging and dry ice myself, bring it to them and then they would approve it and ship it. Katrina is a rockstar. If you want full service and piece of mind, use her for shipping anything! Honestly I could not be more happy with her service and will definitely be using her again in the future!
