Jagdeep Shipra, the instructor, has provided us in depth knowledge of the permits and authorities to run the trucking business. He not only explains the basics of the dispatchers’ duties, but also provide the solutions of various problems they face during the work. Highly recommended!!

Q	Q Charger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Training was not as it was advertised (topic wise), the instructions however were helpful while the instructor made no attempt to touch up on the advance topics (which is the crux of the course) such as load booking, load brokerage, dispatching, rather more than required coverage was given to the world geography. Only skimpy coverage of the topics to the point of (basic knowledge). The instructor attitude was more of kicking the can down the road. Complete schedule was not followed, the three classes Friday, Saturday and Sunday ended few hours before scheduled time each of the three days. They say in the training that they have "vested interest" in their students, and promise that they assist in all aspects of trucking after the course ended. That is just an empty claim, I booked an appointment and approached the owner and asked him as to how they can assist me with the trucking business, to which he completely dismissed by telling me he was having a "bad day"!!! That's the level of service you could also face. Buyer beware
