This is not under warranty and excessive labor charges on every other thing they do on trucks

More than the less I have no idea what I’m getting but have the names of the items and just need assistance from the guys sitting at the front. But let me tell you how rude they are. When you ask for help or just give so much attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MY 2019 Volvo VNL 760 truck at this dealership for over 3 weeks now. Initially I was told truck be ready in 2 days and then no parts, foreman off and not working weekend. It's been 3 weeks truck is still in dealership. I am from calgary and them holding truck for 3 weeks ruined alot of business and costed whole alot time.
Quite unsatisfied with service and delays without even being notified. When you call service to check status, I was told after 3 weeks that " ITS NOT A OIL CHANGE JOB IT TAKES WHILE".
Was quite surprised at reply after 20 days into shop. Been calling SAM their service manager with no luck just getting pushed one day to another.
Will never ever bring my truck in here. Good luck getting it fixed for those taking their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service from parts department. Drove over one hour, Website hours list parts department open until 4:30pm Saturday, doors locked and closed at 4:03pm, barely any customers inside aswell. No justifiable reason for them to be closing their doors half an hour early. Is management aware of this? Curious to know who runs this place. Poor business standards for an internationally acclaimed trucking company. Will be taking by business to a more professional dealership group going forward.
