So not sure whats covered under warranty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told to wait 20 mins for a bottle of oil and no other customers around. The staff are just sitting there not making eye contact. Then I got sworn at. Absolutely horrible services/no service. Always takes way longer than it should. Never going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was delivery in Mississauga and our MV international started have a hissing noise as I exited the 401 hwy. I noticed some performance issues, pulled over and called our local dealer and they recommended Rush Truck Centre. I nursed truck to their yard, it was Friday and extremely busy, but Gurmit at the service counter came out with tech and they found right away broken connection on compressor. They fixed and got me back on road to finish deliveries. Thank you guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is international truck dealership and repair shop.
This dealership need a big renovation. No parking for walk in customers.
There were only three customers but due to very short parts window, only 1 or 2 sales reps can work.
This location looks like old outdated service center.
Maybe due to problems with international trucks , company can't invest for make over and customer service counters.
I don't own international truck so I will not visit there frequently.
It is just my thoughts about this location.
