★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our pipe burst on us last winter and some of our fairly new hardwood flooring had warped a little. The insurance company suggested we replace the whole flooring, although only a small portion of the floor was warped. Jordans Flooring was called upon and Louis the manager came to access the damage. He told us if we were patient enough the hardwood floor will fall back into shape. It did after a couple of weeks and we didn't have to replace the flooring at all. Since the insurance was going to pay for the whole thing, he could have said yes and charged for the whole floor to be done accordingly, and my premium would have gone up but he was very honest. The only thing that needed replacement was the linoleum on our kitchen floor and he allowed us to take as many samples we needed to match the walls. What great service but mostly how honest Louis is. I have recommended my friends to Jordans Flooring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently replaced my fifteen year old carpet throughout my entire home which was a huge task. However, Jordans Flooring made this process seamless and simplistic from start to finish. "Louis" was fantastic at narrowing down carpet choices that would work best for my family. His professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and promptness was very much appreciated. The installation process was completed quickly and efficiently. "Gary and Tyler" (carpet installers), were excellent! They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Gary and Tyler were able to install a large amount of carpet promptly, and made the whole process manageable. A big thank you to all of you. We love our new carpet! We would highly recommend Jordans Flooring to anyone that is wanting to upgrade/change their carpet....you'll be in good hands!

His workers were very professional and definitely went the extra step to make sure the floor was installed properly! Our house looks brand new again! Thank you very much for all you did for our install! We will absolutely use them again!

Louis the store manager is probably one of the best people you could ever deal with. Honest and trustworthy. He makes sure your happy and everything on the job went as they said it would.

I have had the BEST ever service from him! Every question answered, every phone call returned promptly!! He looked at our home and even chose the right carpet and the right colour choice. He makes it real hard to even want to get other quotes. Our installer Darcy is exceptional. We couldn’t be happier with his excellent install and customer service.

Our salesperson, Louis, is extremely knowledgeable about the products and has always given excellent guidance with regards to how well a product will look, and its durability. Jordans recently fitted carpet into our condo, and they did an excellent job! The team was very professional and efficient, and it looks fantastic!
