Our office remains open to receive mail, courier deliveries and cheque distribution, with a reduced office staff to handle those needs.
We have transitioned some of our brokers to work from home where they are well equipped to work remotely to serve you.

I needed some odd coverage for my business and Jones & Salt was the only brokerage who was able to help (would return my call). They gave me great quotes on my personal insurance and their customer service has been superb.I feel my back is covered using their services and that is pretty much priceless!

A couple years ago, I was terribly unhappy with my service from TD and wanted to go with a smaller provider that would give me better customer service. Well, Jones & Salt crushed it out of the park! And was less expensive! Crazy.
