I had the option of sending him my files over email or meeting in person. His rates are also very reasonable, which was a huge plus!

I was having difficulty with my tax return application for two reasons: I was not staying in Canada, one of my former employer made my tax return much difficult due to his fault. I was looking for an accountant regarding these issues but couldn't even get an answer from them.
As soon as I reached Jonathan, he understood my situation and explained everything easily. He provided me the best solution for the situation. As a result, I received thousands of dollars from my tax return.

These days I have been meeting many selfish professionals who think about only money not clients. But, Jonathan was totally different!
He is very knowledgeable and is able to explain everything easily so that person like me who has no knowledge about taxing, accounting or pension can understand. He is also very attentive and efficient. He knows exactly what is needed for me. I came in wondering what to ask and I had no idea how pension even works. Jonathan explained what I should know and answered all of my questions with patience!

He responded the available time as quickly as possible by e-mail after sending the request, and consultation was available immediately at that time.
