He's always available to offer strategic advice which has been hugely beneficial to me as there are many details to consider for my ecommerce business - different currencies, income tax credits, remitting GST/HST, etc. Also, Tommy helped me set up a system to automate all the pdf receipts I get from Stripe, Shopify, Paypal, my bank, etc. So everything is downloaded and saved automatically in case CRA wants to look into details. Unfortunately I put my business on hold due to declining sales but for anyone looking to automate book keeping, or if you're scaling your business, I think Tommy and the team would be a solid choice. Personally, I get the most benefit from being able to drop Tommy a message asking different strategic questions, whereas sometimes other accountants don't respond to emails or aren't available when you need them, so personally that's a huge plus for me working with MG&Co.
