I was very worried because I had heard nightmare stories about renovations prior to starting my project. Thankfully someone recommended Sergei to me and said "No one is better" & it is the TRUTH! β β β β β My basement is a rental unit and had been totally gutted for waterproofing and new drains. GTA Basement Experts rebuilt it from the ground up. I spent very little time discussing the project with Alexey and left it in his hands. The first time I inspected the job was on completion, which was on the date specified in the contract. there were no surprises and everything was done in accordance with the contract. Now, if I can only find a tenant as reliable as GTA Basement Experts.

β β β β β GTA Basement Experts finished our basement nine months ago and we love our basement very much.
However, two weeks ago we discovered that after taking a shower, water remains on the floor.Β We sent an email and two days later Sergey came with a worker and they adjusted the shower door.
The issue was fixed fast and in professional way. We were very pleased that 1 year guarantee promised in the contract was working fine and we did not have to call many times and wait long.
