Private Chambers. This particular lawyer cannot wait for the case to be over and did not care that I should have been awarded half of detox entitlement . He was a horrible lawyer.

My separation/divorce took over three years, and I was dragged through every possible obstacle and accused of everything under the spectrum of human behavior. My ask was not great; I wanted peace, equal time with my children, and an equal say in my children’s upbringing. But as Brahm always used to say to me, “it only takes one person to makes things difficult.” Luckily for me, I had Brahm defend my rights as a father and guide me through hurdles of family court and the custody assessment process. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, competent and easily accessible. Paperwork was completed in a timely manner, and he took the time to go through it with me. Once my partner and I went through it and had changes to make, Ken was extremely receptive to these and continued to make sure I understood all the wording, and intent of each section of the agreement. I felt confident when it was all completed. I would definitely use Ken again if the need ever arises, and I would recommend him to anyone.
