It was very easy to get Rahul on the phone, he asked me questions to get more information about the case and had very useful answers for all my questions. I have no legal background, so he was very patient about not only provide understandable advice but also did an amazing job defining terms for me. Equipped with the information that I didn't have before the conversation, I felt empowered and was not nervous for the upcoming call. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rahul came highly reccomended from close family and friends and he did not dissapoint. I reached out to Rahul to assist in reviewing an employment agreement. Rahul walked me through each section of the agreement and was able to explain everything in detail, while also providing the "big picture" view by opining on the overall fairness of the agreement. I felt a lot more comfortable accepting the job offer after my review with Rahul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I really wish that no body has to go through the litigation process, but if in case you do have to, then I have no hesitation in recommending Rahul Soni, the principal Lawyer for the Soni Law Firm for any employment related advise.
I met Rahul in 2017 for a lawsuit againt my employer at that time, for unpaid wages. Since the time I started and till the time I won the case (recently, as we lost a good year due to COVID shutdown), which is a difficult journey, Rahul stood by me with his knowledge/expertise and above all the commitment towards his clients. He guided me through all the law processes at various stages.
A piece of advice for the people in need and people who wants it, which gave me the success at the end:
* Always stay in touch with your lawyer.
* Be equally involved with your lawyer. If only paying the money to your lawyer would have gotten you the success then no rich man/company would have ever lost.
* Read through the evidences and documents every time from scratch before any event/date/dicussion.
At the end, I would really like to thank Rahul for all the hard work he has put in my case, and for the patience to answer all my questions.
