C	Corinne Rodgers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start with saying that they did a great job. They arrived on time and were very professional and fast. Nothing was broken or damaged. I would recommend them. I do however have a few issues. First I requested a quote from them over a month in advance and I received my quote over the phone. With fours day to go until the move date I got a call from them saying they were increasing the quote. If I didn't accept it I knew it would be impossible to get another mover so close to the end of the month. Their response was "ya I was suppose to call you, sorry". NOTE: Get a quote in writing At the time of the quote they did not advise me of the charge for the plastic disposable mattress cover ($25) or that I would be charged for each roll of packing tape to wrap their blankets around my furniture ($4 each). This was added to the invoice at the end. I was quoted 5 hours for my move but the final invoice was 5.5 hours. When I told him I was quoted 5 hours over the phone he said "I would not have said that". So basically calling me a liar. Let me finish with YES I would recommend these movers to my friends and family but I would INSIST on a quote in writing. It is the only way you can be sure things won't change at the last minute and that ALL costs are included. No surprises. My move cost me approx $130 more than originally quoted.

They have a fair price, a huge truck that could move everything in one load, and booked us with only a couple days notice. John was very professional and had great communication with us and his coworker. They were caring with our belongings, nothing was scratched, thrown around or broken. Thank you Jolo Movers!
J	Justine Rowley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most unprofessional moving company out of the many I have used. The owner refused to contact me after canceling my move 3 days before I move. I booked with JOLO on April 12. They confirmed and everything with my address start time and all there rediculuos hidden fees. But I agreed to them . Until the owner called saying he could fit more jobs in if he didn't accommodate me. I offered to change my move time he refused. They also refused to return my calls or call me back. I am leaving a bad situation they new that and I have tight time lines but I still made an effort to work with them but they just said NO. They are all about money not custmer service. Word travels fast. Best of luck JOLO! Hope it feels good stranding people 3 days before they move. By far the worst experience. Would recommend pretty much anyone else.

I contacted JOLO and John was so responsive and accommodating. He arranged to be there in a few hours, was on time, extremely professional and managed to get mom packed, moved and set up in her new place within the next 7 1/2 hours. They worked hard and efficiently and made sure mom was all settled before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good, reliable moving company!
