They came the same day and helped get my new appliance moved into our cottage. Their local support is really appreciated. Would highly recommend them, and I will use them again in the future.

From my first phone call inquiring to availability and cost to the moment the truck drove out of our driveway we were impressed. Shelly and Marie were able to answer all my questions, they were pleasant, took time to review all the details, offered suggestions and returned all my phone calls and emails. We moved in one of the season’s high periods and ended up moving on a Sunday as it was the only day they had available in our time frame. Considering all of the company’s movers were probably working a lot of hours during this time, Tim and Brian were AMAZING! They arrived exactly when I was told they would, they looked around our home, they explained how they were going to load the truck and the reasons why our contents had to go in a certain order. They worked hard and never mentioned how heavy anything was (we were careful to pack boxes trying to distribute the weight). I cannot say how remarkable this team worked together! After days of unpacking I can tell you not one item was broken, scratched or dented. We highly recommend this company and can not thank them enough for helping us get through our move!

We are seniors and needing to move at this time in our lives can be very traumatic but the two gentlemen that moved us made the transition very easy . We would recommend this company to anyone we were very pleased with the service.

She was amazingly helpful with suggestions on "what to be aware of". She even suggested 3 other companies to contact. We believe she helped in saving us from a nightmarish situation. If we ever move again I will deal with Shelley and Mastet Movers in a heart beat!
