★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed a order at 6:30pm.....was told he was backed up and may take longer then usual, that is totally understandable, how ever.......they did not show and did not place a call back to let the customer know that the delivery was not going to be made.......I expected better.
I missed your driver's call by 3 minutes , I then called your driver back and spoke with him , he said he would return to the store , pick put my order and make his way out once his orders were done.......I'm sure he could of spared 2 minutes between 6:30pm and 10pm to let a customer know that the order was not going to be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with service lately. I called for delivery a few days ago and never got an answer or call back. I had called several times with same results. I called today at 11: 05 and the person that answered just said hello and not company name so after trying to figure out if I had the right number I was able to place an order. They said it was to early in the morning and that they had not had their coffee yet. I got a call back to say that Shoppers did not have my pop. I asked him to go to another store and he said I would be put on the bottom of the list because he had to deliver food and that was more important than my order. Have no idea when I will get my order.?
