I love you Sabado! This is one of my favourite childhood memories. Thanks for finally coming to Vancouver. I grew up as a “batang jollibee / jollibee kid” and now that im all grown up i am so excited to share this tradition to my own family. My wife and i ordered a list of our jollibee meals since they still have the order limit. Pay parking available just behind the store by the alley, we paid via hang tag app for 2 hrs at $14.50, thinking there will be a long line up. Was super excited when we arrived at 255pm and the line up wasnt too bad. We left the store at 336pm. Very organized and friendly staff. Once we got inside the store, it feels like im back home in the Philippines seeing all the people inside smiling and happy, chatting and taking photos :) makes me proud too that its not only us Filipinos in the line up, but different ethnicities. Piece of advise, i recommend writing down your order before coming coz once you’re in the tell, you cant add anything else. Was hoping to get a large pineapple juice but too late :( Here is a list of the food we ordered 6 pcs spicy chickenjoy you’re very fiesty! is very tasty and satisfying Burgersteak, my all time favourite, couldnt wait to get home so we dicided to eat it at the parking. the wife and i enjoyed it so much. Peach mango pie, my comfort food i love bringing this to work. I recommed heating it up at 30sec on high if taken our from the chiller :) First time trying banana langka slider, it was ok but my loyalty is with the peach mango pie hehe Yum burger, comes with cheese although we would prefer without it, hopefully soon they would offer just the classic yum burger. I can eat this burger all day. Jolly spaghetti, ur the sweetest among them. The signature sweet filipino style spaghetti, it could be weird for some but i tell you, it can be very addicting :) Palaboc, i still have this in our fridge but i plan to have my first try tomorrow at work :) To sum it up, my experience at Jollibee vancouver was a blast. I am super happy and on full support to this business. My suggestions: I wish there is a live streaming of the line up at jollibee. Lol As advertised, they are hiring for crew members. I wish your crew gets paid higher than $15.75 / hr peace out!

We were in line for around 2 hours. The staff does their best to manage the crowd and be able serve as much people as they can. I really miss Jollibee. Cravings are definitely fulfilled. ♥

Weeks after their grand openong I finally was able to visit this Filipino favorite. The firat time I ever had Jollibees was in the Philippines so I walked in a skeptic that it would be the same. Well done Jollibees just like the original! I was pleasantly surprised and gratefully so. They have a great system as they have staff who take your order while you wait in line so that by the time you get to the cash desk there is a minimal wait time. Fantastic!! A HUGE high five for the food and for the overall dinning experience!! Mabuhay????

Really disappointed!! We’ve been waiting for a long time since grand opening to have a chance trying the fried chicken and the famous spaghetti. Unfortunately, we ordered 2 chicken combos and a spaghetti combo, but we didn’t get what we bought. First, the guy who took our ordered didn’t include the drinks in the bill for us. Second, the lady who gave us the package were so careless and kinda rude when we asked about the drinks we missed. Lastly, because we cannot dine-in, it was too late to complain if they missed any items. And we realized that we didn’t get the spaghetti combo that costs $9.19. Tastes are just so so, not worth the waiting time. I was so excited to try the ‘legend’ Jollibee’s spaghetti that I’d already paid for and got nothing. We should’ve not expected too much and got the worst and terrible experience and customer services like that! Won’t be back again.

Filipino fast food chain, Jollibee, known for their chicken joy, spaghetti, and other classic Filipino dishes that many Filipinos grew up eating in the Philippines. ?? As a non-filipino, I find the food interesting. Spaghetti with hot dogs instead of meat balls served with a side of fried chicken! Not sure if they actually use banana ketchup in the tomato sauce, but the sauce is sweeter than an Italian pasta sauce. Whatever it is, it works really well together. The peach mango pie tasted great, but you can really only taste the mango IMO. I've had the spam sandwich while visiting Manila, and I really enjoyed it, but this time was all abt the classic spaghetti. ? If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes to an hour during non-peak times (!) or you can visibly see that there is no lineup, I can highly recommend trying the food. Don't be afraid to go out of your comfort zone, as all the Filipino food I've tried has always satisfied! ? Filipinos are a friendly, welcoming, patriotic group of individuals. It's rare to find a Filipino that doesn't take pride in their food and culture. I'm surprised this food chain took so long to come to Vancouver. I will be back! ✌️ If my review helps, please leave me a ? Thanks! ✌️

Edit : further to the reply of the owner, I went back to the restaurant. The supervisor I met was disrespectful and called me a liar saying that the prices were correct when I came. What kind of business treats the customers that way after stealing them? I will never return to that place and will wait for the location at Broadway city hall to open to give another try to Jolibee. Besides, the line up has drastically reduced since the opening, no wonder why... Learn how to do business properly instead of only thinking about making money. I don't recommend it to anyone. -------------- After having heard so much about this place and being a huge fan of fried chicken, I had high expectations and was more than disappointed. Here is my review + : 1/ I went early this morning and almost no line so it was really fast 2/ the peach mango pie is to die for!! I love the crunchiness and the sweet flavor of the generous filling 3/ the staff is very polite and friendly - : 1/ first bad surprise was the price. When I placed my order the price on the menu for the bucket I took (6 PC) was $15.99 and the pie $2.99. When I paid, I didn't pay attention to the price because I was in the middle of texting a friend. When I checked my receipt at home, I saw that I was charged $17.99 for the bucket and $3.49 for the pie ? Dunno where these additional $2.50 came out from... 2/ I was so disappointed by the chicken. It's very fat, I mean the meat itself is fat, I'm not talking about the skin which is greasy as for any fried chicken. I ate the thighs and the chicken is obviously not the quality I expected for the price. 3/ one of the thighs I had was not thoroughly cooked close to the bone. Chicken is not like beef, it has to be well cooked. Again, for that price it's disappointing. 4/ I'm not sure how often the frying oil is renewed but the pieces I had were not fried in a fresh oil, judging by their color, which was pretty dark. 5/ I took the original pieces as the lady told me the spicy ones were really spicy and I cannot eat too spicy. Unfortunately, the chicken was tasteless. My friend shared the same thought. I've been to other places where the original pieces are seasoned but here, don't expect to have lot of taste of you take the original ones. To sum up, I was very disappointed by the quality and the taste of the chicken, the pies are excellent though. Maybe I didn't come on a good day, I don't know, but I'm not sure I'll come back.

Definitely hit the nostalgia spot. Line was still around 1hr when we went here the week of Easter but, it's getting better. For us it was worth the cravings. We had pretty much everything on the menu apart from the yum burger. The burger steak is definitely the fav on the menu. The sauce and pieces of mushroom makes this item awesome. My sister enjoyed their spaghetti and palabok very much. The chicken was still crispy when we got home. Pineapple drink for the win. Will quench your thirst and matches so well with the other menu items.

Line ups have calmed down, so we finally decided to go try out Jollibee. I have to start by saying that the staff are remarkabley organized. They have the system down pat to keep wait times to a minimum. We had the pineapple juice, it was delicious, the cheese yum burger and as simple as it was it was very tasty. I had the two piece chicken half spicy half not with rice and gravy. The chicken was perfect! Crunchy, juicy and the spicy one had a good heat to it. I was a bit let down by the gravy, definitely not my favourite. Despite that I loved everthing else and can not wait to go back and try other things.
