★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attempting to transfer a deceased parents vehicle into my name they made extremely difficult and were rude about it.
Every time I go to this agency on Whatcom there is some sort of issue. Last time they screwed up my insurance and I had to go back. They are clueless. Don’t risk an expensive accident to later realize they screwed up your insurance!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service ever. acted like they had no time for us. like we were being a burden to them. talking over us. never wore their masks. felt like they did not want us around nor our business. i am dumbfounded as to why these people are still in business. deplorable. never ever recommend this insurer ever. never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get my insurance done here, mostly because it's handy in case I forget to renew one of the cars. The staff seems to turn over quite often, my favorite agents have moved on and I don't know all of the new ones yet. Joe is great, he looks after the vehicles and he's been at this location for a while. The house insurance agents are nothing remarkable.
These guys are definitely better than one in the Parallel mall.
