A friend recommended me to come here to do all my insurance and glad I did...Thank you especially to Lynn...so efficient...handicapp accessible.. Plaza or street parking...

He is really friendly and incredibly intelligent/well informed with insurance as he answers any questions I have. I always know I am getting the best when I go to Randy. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager Al does not know current ICBC policies and procedures. The rest of the staff are lovely but they need a more qualified manager. He argued with me on a Saturday because I wanted to pre-pay my insurance that was due the following week. I had done this previously without any issues but he refused citing I would get double charged. So I called ICBC and they confirmed that he was wrong. When I walked back inside, he ignored me and another employee took my payment. Despite this being my neighbourhood insurance broker, I will not go back because of Al.
