Geoff and Dawson were very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, capable, quick and tidy. They showed us a view of the cleared drain, explained what had happened and suggested what we could do to help avoid future problems of the same sort. All in all a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them.

The double sink in the kitchen was clogged to the point where water was draining very slowly - had to wait overnight for the water the clear. I called "John the Plumber" - the dispatch fee is very reasonable and they were able to send a team of two within 4 hours of my calling. This is great. I received a call to let me know that Garret and Cameron would be arriving in 20 minutes. this is helpful if you have a busy schedule. Garret looked at my double sink, we checked the piping down in the storage area in the basement and then we had a discussion about what he is able to do. At the same time I asked my few questions that I had given that I had tried to unclog the drain myself. I found the discussion with Garret to be very insightful to the extent that I would trust him with other plumbing services in the future. With Garret's answers I was confident in choosing for him and Cameron who was also there to simply use the 'snake machine'. When I asked Cameron a question or two he also was knowledgeable in his response. In the end, my drain was clogged at the P-trap (hope I spelled it right) and it was explained to me what I can do going forward to avoid this situation again. As such, I recommend "John the Plumber" with your plumbing needs. They are prompt, professional, and they get the job done. I felt that the cost for unclogging the drain wasn't a loss (in monetary value) in that I found a company that operates with a good set of values. They are difficult to find these days. Over the last several years, John has consistently provided service to our family that is fast, professional and high quality. (We have called them for everything from minor leaks to bathtub caulking to toilet and faucet replacement.) In our new home, we had them install a new kitchen faucet, but due to some issues with how our kitchen counter was installed (by the builder), it has come loose a couple of times. John has returned to fix it twice now, at no additional cost, and usually within 24 hours of a phone call. I highly recommend them and would never call another plumber.

Johnathon and Matt were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They came on very short notice at 8am, the day after I called, to have some water pipes moved and changed to pex. It wasn’t an easy job and there was a lot of crimping needed in tight spaces, but they handled it like professionals. Everything I needed moved was taken care of, their quote was fair, and matched the bill we received. I’ll be calling again and requesting these guys, and my client has said she will be recommending them to the neighbours and friends. 5 stars.

Excellent service. Garrett and crew were very professional and easy to deal with. They were punctual, arriving at the beginning of the window I was provided. Highly satisfied with the job performed and when completed, they ensured site was clean before they left. Reached out to John the Plumber to fix a clogged drain. Contacted them as their site offered same day or next day service. Received an email that explained everything and they confirmed could have someone show up that morning. Perfect! Geoff and Cam showed up on time and were extremely professional. Explained what needed to be done. Gave me options and then completed the work quickly and effectively. Also found ways to help me save some money in long run. Great service! Tomas and Connor where awesome today! They called a head to let me know they were on their way. They both wore facemarks the entire time. I told them what I thought and where the problem was as my hubby had done some searching also. They gave me quotes as they worked, worked hard, explained as they went when I had questions and cleaned up after themselves. They were both very knowledgeable and the job was done in no time which made me very happy as it was a job with some difficulty. Yes I would hire them again. So pleased that I called.
