Bottom line is that they excel at providing expert plumbing services promptly and efficiently at a reasonable price. Hopefully we don't have more plumbing issues in our older home, but if so, Dr. Pipe is #1 on my list to call.

The technician was pleasant and efficient. The $100 service charge matched the online price on Dr Pipe's site; this charge was well below the $160 quoted by another plumbing outfit (and many refused to give any quotation at all). How many plumbing outfits provide an online price list? In this respect, Dr Pipe seems to be unique. In addition to a specific plumbing job we needed to have done, we also had an intractable leak for several weeks; Dr Pipe's technician solved the problem at no extra charge. I recommend this business with no hesitation.

Artiom was very responsive in giving me a fair quote and references for this type of project. They used a technique which was much less destructive than traditional excavation of the yard which would have involved digging up the whole yard and under a covered porch. After cutting a hole in the concrete floor they used a machine to burrow underground most of the way to install the new copper line and make the connection at the city valve. The quote was much more reasonable than other companies and my yard is still in good shape. Artiom and Daryl were professional and worked very hard to get the job done right. City inspector passed the work (I needed a permit) and said it was perfect. They were all around nice guys too - even letting the kids bury a time capsule in the hole and playing with the dog. I’d definitely use their services again for any plumbing needs.
M	Mat Dupont on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After finding a water line leak under my foundation, I was given a 90 day work order by the city to fix the issue or face a water shutoff. This was in October and also had to be done before the ground froze. My home is a 100+ year old row house on a relatively busy street, with a shared front porch with the neighbour. With the exception of Dr. Pipe, I was given immense quotes for the full replacement and/or expensive fees for the the estimates. Most other companies seem to contract out water line replacements, require a full excavation of the trench and would have needed the shared front porch to be removed. I was looking at tens of thousands of dollars and the complete destruction of the front of my property. Dr. Pipe does a minimally invasive, trenchless line replacement for about the same price other plumbers had quote for just a temporary patch job on my existing (lead) pipe. These (2) guys came over, dug a 1'x5' trench in my basement and relatively small hole at the city coupling in about 3 hours on the Thursday. On Friday morning, they came back, "torpedoed" the new line underground from under my foundation to the coupling, connected everything and patched up the basement floor in about 5 hours. Now I'm sporting a new 3/4" copper pipe all the way to my meter with minimal collateral work to do to my front yard at a fraction of the cost compared to all other companies I had spoken to. I highly recommend!!

They are able to successfully put a pipe liner for fixing my broken drain under the furnace. There was a complicated situation that the main drain was off branched to the kitchen drain which normally would kill the plan to put a liner. But these genius Russian master plumbers are able to find a solution to accomplish the job. They are also punctual on time, reasonable on price, and easy to communicate. I can't speak enough about the good things about them. I highly recommend them!!

Artiom did an initial installation of a dishwasher (including all the piping because there was no dishwasher there previously) which was complicated by the placement of the dishwasher as well as the existing piping under the sink (which he replaced). It works perfectly. He also fixed 2 outside taps (replace and install) as well as installed a water line for my fridge. The work was great and he was friendly, meticulous and informative as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Wendy.

He even took the old toilets out to the street for garbage pickup and got rid of all the recycling and packaging from the new ones. Charged the exact same amount they quoted and even gave some tips for outside faucet shut off valves. Highly recommended!
