The plumber's arrival was early in the window of time. Trevor, the plumber assigned to my case, was personable and explained the 2 possible costs of services, depending on the complexity of the issue. What I liked the most is that he explained the issue without being dismissive. He was great. My plumbing issue was resolved and I was very happy with the cost and the water draining again.

Booking an appointment was super easy with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They sent out a young plumber by the name of Marc, who was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do before hand, and made sure I was aware of the cost. Everything he said he would do, he did. No hidden costs or fees. If you you're looking for a plumbing service, don't hesitate to call DS Plumbing!

Matt, the technician, was punctual, quick and very friendly. He did a great job. Took with him even the empty box of the new toilet. Very impressed with this company's professionalism. I was sent an email with Matt's picture and bio, when he completed the work I was sent an email with the invoice. I will use them again if need be and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

The phone conversation I had with Tara to book my appointment already had me feeling confident in this company. She was extremely friendly and professional. I love the booking system they use and that I knew when the technician would arrive and who would be arriving. Trevor was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with explanations of everything he was doing. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and provided me with recommendations to improve my water quality. His confidence in his work made me feel confident that DS Plumbing was the right choice. I would not hesistate to recommend them!

Their website had great tips & information too. They had to cancel my original appointment but was able to come the next evening. Marc showed up early & had the job done in 1/2 hour! Very nice and experienced. They even donate $1.00 for every visit to a charity, in my case Ottawa Stray Cat Rescue. I now take comfort in knowing I have a plumbing company I can trust in the future if needed. Thank you.

They show up within the scheduled time frame and have been great every time. All of the plumbers are very knowledgeable and provide explanations of the scope of work required before beginning. Their prices are competitive as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. My most recent service was handled by Garry, who was great. His perseverance paid off and he solved the problem. Great team.

Brandon explained the pricing, and when he arrived he did the work quickly and professionally. Most importantly, he answered all our questions. We will definitely call them again if we need help in the future.

However, we paid just under $600 to have the work done which is significantly more than other quotes we had received. We needed the work done today and paid the price for it I guess. Bottom line is that we are happy with the work but we also feel slightly robbed because of the price we paid. Before and after photos below.
