★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Brought them everything they needed to do a criminal pardon and 8 years later they told me that I would have to start all over again. I paid in full everything they wanted. Money orders and such and nothing in return. Now I have to start all over again and i lost all the money i gave them to do it. They are the criminals if you ask me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get help to find a job in early January but ended up moving to Toronto I called daneika and told her to close my file because I'm with another job agency and I will not be able to get help from the other agency, they had my file opened she wanted to know what's name of my new employer and so many personal questions which wasn't relevant I had to call back two days again because they didn't close my file I even had to go there because when they said it was closed it wasn't , when I got back to new agency they said I wasn't able to get all the help that I need because john howard society closed my file and put employed as if they were the ones who got the job for me, really bad i wouldn't be recommending anyone that I know to them, so people need to be aware that if your not satisfied with this entity and you go to another and get help quicker just tell them to close your file and don't ever let them know that you got a job or they will be putting employed when it wasn't them who helped to find the job and then you'l l loose all that your supposed to benefit from the new agency and they get the credit ,that's really bad.how can you state that im working when I'm not and it can be proven that I'm not .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 5 years ago, I hit rock bottom, became homeless and went to stay at Cornerstone up the street. While there, they referred me to this amazing place and their employment service program which was a huge help to me. Here I now am 5 years later, I own my own house and have a full time job! Thank you so much to the amazing Maureen and all the staff here they helped me all those years ago with me getting back on my feet. I've never forgotten what you did for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to their complete lack of knowledge, they have made my pregnant wife not able to receive any and all maternal benefits, not only that talked my wife to take a sick leave (but put that she quit) which is not the case, I'd HIGHLY recommend to talk to a labour lawyer before taking any of their advice... these people are only out for local business ? ? not you
